Some of us go way back to kindergarten. A few of us banded together as we went out on our own. Salon life isn’t just about beauty. It is about relationships. Lifelong friendships, caring for clients like family and creating a space where everyone feels at home.
In 2022, we set out to build something different.
Lisa has always loved building relationships with people, whether they are clients or coworkers. Working for a chain salon with policies and rules passed down from corporate limited her ability to provide the experience clients deserved. Strict appointment times, the pressure to sell products, and other soul-crushing policies made Lisa feel complacent and out of love with her craft.
In October of 2022, it was time for a change. Lisa picked herself up and decided to do it her way. Coworkers and clients alike decided to follow and support her on this new journey – a testament to the close relationships and care she has provided over the years.
Assembling the team...
Within a few months, Lisa assembled a talented team of stylists, an esthetician, and a nail technician. Some of these relationships span decades. Lisa mentored a few of the stylists throughout beauty school. Others she found along the way and brought them along for the ride. However they came to be – each person is taken care of.
